What we receive from you and your device

• Content you supply: still images and other visual media you choose or capture so we can run AI generation, previews, and related creative tools.
• Technical telemetry: device model, operating system build, coarse performance signals, diagnostic or crash traces, and similar metadata needed to keep sessions stable, diagnose failures, and protect against abuse.

When you download or update the app, or complete in-app purchases through the store, the platform may process information needed for delivery and billing under its own terms; that is separate from the application data we collect and handle as described here.

Processing and storage under our control

Personal data relating to the Service is processed and stored by the operator on infrastructure the operator controls and operates to deliver the features you use. We describe that handling in this notice; we do not present routine day-to-day processing of application data as being performed by unrelated external parties on our behalf.

Why we process personal information

• Delivering the features you request—such as micro‑world rendering, template-based visual workflows, and credit-based generation queues.
• Improving reliability, quality, and safety of the experience through aggregated or de‑identified insights where possible.

Photos, visual content, and likeness-related processing

• Scope of analysis: Visual content you provide is analyzed only to deliver the creative results you trigger inside the app (for example floral micro‑worlds, template-based visual effects, or stylistic treatments). We do not use uploads to authenticate who you are, to build cross‑app advertising profiles, or for surveillance-style profiling unrelated to those features.
• Retention posture: Uploads are handled on secured systems for the duration needed to complete the job. After the finished asset is delivered, source frames and derived data are erased according to our operational schedule; we do not keep copies for unrelated marketing.
• No brokerage: We do not sell, rent, or trade likeness-adjacent datasets to data brokers or unrelated advertisers.

When information may be disclosed

We disclose personal information only in narrow circumstances, for example:

• Where required by law, regulation, court order, or governmental request, or to exercise or defend legal claims.
• When necessary to protect the safety, rights, or property of users, our systems, or the public, consistent with applicable law.

Cross-border processing

Systems or personnel may be located outside your home country. Where that occurs, we apply safeguards appropriate to the transfer in line with applicable law, the practices we describe here, and any supplemental notices we provide.

Safeguards and residual risk

We employ administrative, technical, and physical controls that match the sensitivity of the data described above. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security; you should weigh that residual risk when uploading especially sensitive media.

Younger users

Floravera AI is not aimed at children under 13. If we confirm we collected information from someone below that threshold without proper parental consent, we will remove it promptly once we become aware.

We may amend this policy to reflect product, legal, or organizational changes. Material updates will be highlighted by posting the revised document and, when appropriate, through additional messaging inside the app. The version on this page controls once published.
